Court Order

“As many of you may know there is a pending patent infringement lawsuit issued by Caught Fish Enterprises, LLC and Metal Roof Innovations, LTD (Robert M.M. Haddock and S-5!) against Action Manufacturing, LLC(Manufacturer of RoofClamp and SNOBAR/WINDBAR), Riddell & Company, Inc., and Paul Riddell.

We would like to let the industry know of the recent court order (Document 42) that we just received that states from the judge “Having considered the evidence, the parties’ arguments, and the relevant law, I find and conclude that the motion for preliminary injunction should be denied.” The judge goes on to say (as seen on page 4) “Further, based on my review of the current record in this case, I find and conclude that there is a substantial question concerning the validity of the ‘588 and ‘033 patents.” The patents, referred to as the ‘588 Patent and the ‘033 Patent are directed to the mounting clamps of Robert M.M. Haddock. You can view the Court Order in its entirety on our website www.roofclamp.com and click the link COURT ORDER. Stay tuned and check back often for further developments in this case.
